No one starts off looking like they’ve been going to the gym for years. Everyone starts off as a beginner. You may find it intimidating picking up super light dumbbells or only being able to run 1km but you are actually in a better position than anyone else. When you are starting your journey you can only improve! You have so much opportunity, so much room for growth and personal development. •
The most important thing to remember is that you are successful in choosing to make a change. You are choosing to put your health first, to better your body and your mind. It doesn’t matter if you’re super fit or can barely lift a dumbbell. You have taken the first step. All good things start off small, whether that be one push up, a 1km walk or a 1 pound dumbbell.
