Im going to starting to track my macros for the first time to kinda have an idea on how much i’m really eating. Im going to start to be in a calorie deficit to start to get shreddy which i’m super excited about 🤩 I want to track marcos for the first couple weeks to see how much I should be eating until I feel I can just intuitively eat & still be in a slight calorie deficit.
I don’t think at ALL you need to track your macros to reach your goals but i’m always been interested in it & im excited to see how I like it!!
