Happy Thursday☀️ Here’s a quick and simple abs circuit that can be add at the end of one of your workout this week, you’ll need zero equipment 💫
This week for the gymhark weekly challenges they’re asking us to beat one of our #personalbest66 so for this challenge, I want to beat my personal best in the plank position. The max I did until failure was 2 min and it was about 6 months ago!
This morning, I did it again to see if all my hard work have paid and if my core is more stronger now then it was and I can say that I’m proud of myself, I did almost 4 min (3min46sec)😍 I’ll probably gonna be sore tomorrow but totally worth it !
We used to do physics test at school but I think is nice to do it at home too! That way you can see if you’re doing some progress and if not it will challenge you to push yourself a little more ⚡️
