So many people have donated clay for my gallery already, and these pics are some of the results from your donations. Thank you @kark4news and @tvnewsmichael for coming out to help share my story, and thank you to the donors for all the help! I couldn't do it without you! I'm so close to finishing my major project because so many people care about it enough to fund it. My GoFundMe link is still up, and any help is still appreciated! Now it's time for me to get to work.
I'm in the middle of building a 6000 piece Coral Reef floor installation for the Thea Foundation. I'm glad to say that it's almost complete. 6000 of anything can be extraordinary, and you can help me be apart of that!
Creating for me - especially through clay - gives me a voice that can have the potential to communicate to people in special ways. I believe that my vision of this installation will help inspire other people to create. I also find that it's my source of therapy in many aspects of my life. The goal is to simply educate and inspire others.
I know that sometimes I can take things and people for granted, and just being able to create with Clay is a blessing and gives me the chance to connect with people that I myself can't express. It's those special connections that my art creates with people are the main reason why I do what I do.
Also, the whole purpose of doing this is for you all to come see what I have to offer at the gallery and what I have been working on for the past few months with @hannah.genevieve . The show will be at the @theafoundation Friday April 3rd! Mark your calendars and Come Out! - 49 minutes ago
