◼️Boredom, Depressed, sufferings in life,➡️How to cure these things ? 🤔 ➡️ Lets use social media, binge watching, surfing browser mindlessly, addicted to likes-lets posts, appreciations in virtual world from others - comments 😍 !!! would these activities cure your emotional pain, ??? why are you ignoring your emotional pains by using those things ??? haven't you read that those distractions activities will make problems in your life more complicated except temporary relieve !!!?
. ◼️Conclusion : If you really want to solve problems in your life then Choose the right way !!! FOCUS ON CAUSE OF YOUR SYMPTOMS INSTEAD OF FINDING TEMPORARY RELIEVE FOR SYMPTOMS !!! How ? 1) asking forgiveness to allah and understanding Quran (best healer for your emotional pain) 2) stay away from those who are giving you emotional pain. 3) removing distractions from your life (social media , YouTube - except to use them in schedule) why should i do this ? Focusing on finding the right strategy for how to deal my cause of symptoms , - This is the right struggle (ignoring your pain is not a struggle its just you are doing wrong yourself) for heal or cure your emotional pain and sufferings in your life . Remember We can't get true happiness (long term) without doing struggle against our Desires and corrupted environment.
◼️ these are promises from Shaitan to follow short-term or temporary relieve strategy to heal your symptoms instead of cause of symptoms ! : " He (Shaitan) makes promises(to heal your symptoms) to them and arouse in them false desires(distractions) and Shaitan promises are nothing but Deception!!!
