Hello dear Yogi:ni,

how are you doing out there? How are you doing in there?

Yesterday i taught my "business" yoga again for the first time since we all went into homeoffice. I was happy to be able to meet the colleagues online and that is still possible to practice together using the internet, zoom, cameras and microphones. It worked for 8 out of 11 who wanted to join - one colleague did not have a webcam, so i did not see her at all. Another colleague had an issue with her computer...for those two i felt irritated because there was very little or basically nothing i could do to help.

Thinking about the pros and cons of online Yoga here's my thoughts:
It is so supercool, that we can still practice and there's no more boundaries as to where one is located. On tuesday i had friends joining my session from Berlin and also in business yoga colleagues from all over Europe can now participate - given the internet and the hardware works...
.
It's however a very different atmosphere - it is not possible to play music to create moods; zoom is simply not designed for that and it sounds awful. I could send a spotify-playlist though and we all would do "3 - 2 - 1 - and let's all press play now". Do you think that would work?
.
Please let me know your thoughts (please really - i'm super-curious!)! How is practicing online different for you? What works, what doesn't? How could we improve?

BREASTFEEDING STATEMENT 4: PHYSICAL EXERCISE WILL INFLUENCE/REDUCE YOUR MILK PRODUCTION.

Obvisouly the intensity of the workout might influence the amount of milk, so if you sweat u are loosing liquid from your body, milk consists of water, so theoretically you might have a small reduction in amount of milk. But  listen to the next #mythbusting video about this theory.

MY EXPERIENCE : I had a small diastacis recti after birth (ask me if u need an advice on that), so i did basic yoga in the beginning and after it has reduced I went for #hathayoga and #vinyasayoga.
Dyring the 4th month after birth I started jogging (next video about it)

Go, mummy, you can do it. ❤️💕💜 DICLAIMER: I am not a BF consultant, just mummy with experience.

If you aren’t baking are you really in isolation ? Carrot cake muffins with a velvety cashew cream frosting. Delicious. 
Ingredients: 
2 medium carrots
3/4 cups coconut sugar
1 flax egg
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup apple sauce 
1 tsp baking soda 
1 tsp baking powder 
2 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp ginger 
1/2 tsp ground cloves & nutmeg 
1/2 tsp salt

Cashew cream frosting: 
1/2 tin or coconut cream (the solid part) 
1 cup of cashews (soaked in hot water for 30 mins) 
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp vanilla essence 
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar 
3/4 powdered sugar 
Method: 
Pre heat the oven to 190C
in a large mixing bowl add apple sauce, sugar and flax egg. Add coconut oil and carrots. Combine dry ingredients and gently stir into wet mixture. Spoon evenly into 12 prepared muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 mins until a toothpick comes out clean

Wait until totally cool to frost !!! Frosting: 
Blend all the ingredients together & leave in the fridge to firm up whilst everything else bakes & cools. Frost once cooled & enjoy !

Buen día familia hermosa! Hoy les compartimos algunas de las razones por las que meditar se vuelve un tremendo aliado para enfrentar las diferentes situaciones de la vida, y a la vez, los invitamos con mucho cariño a formar parte del Programa Meditacion 7 Chakras que iniciará el 5 de Abril 💎❤️

Es una oportunidad de ir hacia adentro para sanar ❤ es un taller online de Meditación que consta de 2 videos de teoría, 1 eBook con información valiosa acerca de la meditación, 7 meditaciones guiadas por los 7 Chakras, consejos diarios y grupo de apoyo vía whatsapp.

Hablaremos de qué es la meditación, efectos fisiológicos, beneficios, tipos de Meditación, del Prana y algunas técnicas de Pranayamas que pueden realizar antes para enfocar la energía..

Y luego partimos con la serie de 7 meditaciones en los 7 chakras, aquí guiamos una meditación al día relacionada con cada Chakra, entregamos un decreto positivo por día que se pide se mantenga presente durante todo el día.
