Wow! You guys are really into this.
So I decided to follow your request and talk more about Non-Attachment today.
When we talk about Non-Attachment , it's to be understood as a practice.
When we are too attached to things (and believe me, all of us are), then: - we feel tension inside our body - things seem heavy and like a battle - it seems like no matter what we do, nothing seems to go our way
The reason we perceive reality this way is because we resist what is when we are too attached.
Not only do we resist what is, we FORCE our will on anything and everyone around us to be like we want them to be.
And find they don't, which again makes us more resistant and forceful 😜
What if instead we chose to allow people to be as they are?
What if we chose to allow ourselves to feel as we feel without the need to change any emotion?
What if we chose to accept what is for a moment as it is?
We would enter a state of Non-Attachment.
When we are less attached, then: - we feel light inside our body - things come our way easier and we move with more ease through the world - it seems like the less we hold on, the more we receive.
Isn't that fascinating?
Well, for me as a recovering overthinker it is. 😄
The less we need, the more we receive.
So let's practice Non-Attachment more often from today.
