💠 Where do you find the time to workout? 💠
I have had this question pop into my dms quite a bit lately. Perhaps because it is one of the things people struggle with?
And when you have kids, time becomes a premium so trying to find spare moments of it for fitness seem more difficult right?
Truth is it’s actually not about finding time at all.
We all have plenty of time when you think about it. If you have time to brush your teeth, to make dinner, to watch tv, to scroll through social media, to talk on the phone, then you have time for fitness.
Its not about finding time, it’s more about PRIORITISING FITNESS and making ADJUSTMENTS to your lifestyle because you have made it a priority.
💠Instead of saying ‘I don’t have the time.’
💠Ask yourself ‘How important is fitness to me?’ then ask… ‘Now where can I make changes in my daily routine to fit some in?’
So simple I know but it works. While I make dinner I do push ups on the kitchen bench. While I talk on the phone I go on the treadmill or do laps around the house. While I brush my teeth I do lunges and squats. While I play with Camilla I do Yoga. While I study I do RB pulses. It all adds up!
