Guten Morgen ☀️ Heute beginnt der Tag bei mir etwas früher an wie schaut’s bei euch aus? Seid ihr eher Frühaufsteher oder schläft ihr am Wochenende lieber aus? 🙈 ich muss sagen, dass es bei mir ganz unterschiedlich ist 😊 
Heute gibt es bei mir zum Frühstück Guacamole mit Tomaten 🥑 🍅 und Erdnussmus mit selbstgemachte Himbeermarmalade 🥜 
Für die Marmalade einfach ca. 10-15 tiefgefrorene Himbeeren in einen Topf mit Wasser geben und kurz köcheln lassen. Anschließend etwas Ahornsirup hinzufügen und ca. 4-5 EL Chiasamen hinzugeben und gut miteinander vermengen. Bis die Chiasamen aufquilen umrühren und bei Bedarf (falls die Maße zu flüssig ist) Chiasamen dazu geben. 
Am besten in ein Behältnis aus Glas umfüllen und über Nacht im Kühlschrank aufbewahren. Enjoy! 🤗

Myślę, że to ciekawa opcja na przemycenie jarmużu, który choć jest bardzo zdrowy do mnie osobiście średnio przemawia smakiem😜

Składniki:
- 3 duże garści jarmużu
- 1 dojrzały banan
- 2 jajka (osobno białka i żółtka)
- ok 150 ml mleka
- 1 łyżka oliwy
- ok 10 łyżek dowolnej mąki (np. owsianej, żytniej)
- 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
- erytrytol (wg uznania - u mnie ok 4-5 łyżek)
1. Jarmuż, banana, żółtka, mleko i oliwę zblendować.
2. Dodać mąkę i proszek do piecz. i wymieszać dokładnie.
3. Białka ubić z dodatkiem erytrytolu na sztywną pianę i delikatnie wmieszać do ciasta.
4. Smażyć na rozgrzanej patelni z nieprzywierającą powłoką kilka min z każdej strony do zarumienienia. (Delikatnie obracać na drugą stronę!)

Mugcake cioccolato e pistacchio🍭

Buongiornoooo e buon sabato☀️☀️☀️
Per questa mugcake ho usato:
✅40gr farina d'avena
✅20gr 100% Rice Protein gusto pistacchio
✅10gr cioccolato extra fondente
✅110ml acqua
✅Agente lievitante
✅Flavordrops 
In una ciotola unire la farina, le proteine, l'acqua, il Flavordrops e il lievito.
Trasferire metà del composto in una tazza adatta al microonde, aggiungere i 10gr di cioccolato e coprire con l'altra metà del composto.
Cuocere in microonde alla max potenza per 4 minuti (la cottura varia a seconda del microonde).
Capovolgere la tortazza su un piatto et voilà..
