Chickpeas protein cookies 😋🍪
I made this using @plantsforfit chickpea cookie dough recipe

Ingredients:
*batter
1 can rinsed chickpeas
30g peanut butter
3 dates
a splash of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons oat flour
*toppings
chocolate chips
roasted peanuts

Instructions:
1.Combine the batter ingredients in a high-speed food processor
2. Form the dough into balls, add toppings
3. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
