Stand instead of sit when working on your laptop. 
Walk out for lunch as you normally would. Take the stairs instead of the lift.

Great post by @meowmeix !  I only added some houseplants to our home last year.  Not only do they add some color to your home and clean your air,  but they are virtually maintenance free!  We started with some snake plants and aloe plants.  Great additions!  #gogreen #snakeplants #houseplants
