The change won't be visible unless you change.
A lot of times we expect changes overnight or quickly in general. Just ask yourself if you are honest with the process to achieve that change.
For example: if you want to be the best singer out there, do you actually put in the hours everyday to practice? Do you go that extra mile to achieve that?
Similarly, if you want to lose weight, are you giving your 100%? Are you really cutting down on unnecessary munching ? Are you being active enough?
