Cena di stasera molto #leggera e #gustosa

MERLUZZO GRATINATO AL FORNO CON PREZZEMOLO E PATATE + VERZA

Il merluzzo gratinato è facile da preparare. In una teglia, rivestita da carta da forno,  ho spolverato il pane grattugiato (fatto in casa) poi ho messo i filetti di merluzzo e le patate. Solo sul merluzzo ho dato un'altra spolverata di pane grattugiato e poi ho aggiunto il prezzemolo, un filo di olio e un pizzico di sale.
Ho fatto cuocere per 25-30 minuti a 180°C.
La verza l'ho scaldata e poi ripassata in padella.

SW style rice pudding for dessert tonight. I used sugar instead of sweetner and decided that I’d Syn it and I’m so glad I did. The recipe below is enough for 6 people but we shared it between 5 and it worked out to 2 Syns a portion and 1 HEA choice. I think I’d much rather Syn my rice pudding now 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣 Ingredients: 200g of pudding rice (40g a person), 1.5 litres of skimmed milk, 50g of sugar (10 Syns), 2 tsp of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Left in the slow cooked for four hours on high. Honestly tastes incredible. How to minimize overeating💪

1️⃣ Prioritize protein. Protein is a macronutrient that helps keep us full. Try having some protein with each of your meals.⁣

2️⃣ Eat more nutrient-dense foods. If you are struggling with overeating, maybe it is because you are not making the best choices when it comes to the foods you are eating. If you eat foods with nutrients, you will feel more satisfied.⁣

3️⃣Eat slowly. If you quickly rush your eating, you will not enjoy the food and you will finish the food so quickly! Try to take your time with your meal when you can.⁣
