The TLDR of how to make this: throw potatoes in oven, chill for 45 mins. Then sauté zukes and sausage for 5 mins, toss dat salad, and devour it all. .
DA GOODS: baked sweet potato (45-60 mins at 420), when there’s 10 minutes left in potatoes, char up the zucchini with olive oil, salt, pepper, and @primalpalate adobo seasoning, and sauté sliced @traderjoeslist spicy Italian chicken sausage.
Then toss together a green salad with ACV dressing (equal parts apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and Dijon) and maybe some (optional) feta. Top potato with ghee + salt if that floats your boat. - 27 minutes ago
