Paleo Banana bread PB&J 😍
Yield: Two pieces 
Vegan ︱ Paleo ︱Grain Free ︱Refined Sugar Free ︱Oil Free
As promised this is the full recipe for this heaven sent food experience. Ahh I ate this for breakfast today and now I’m wishing I had more😩 this recipe is a must have if you love banana bread! The taste is just amazing and the texture is ooey gooey with peanut butter crunch and @bobsredmill super fine almond flour gives a nice fine crumb. It all comes together perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with it☺️
{The recipe below is just for the banana bread, if you want to make a PB&J all I did was melt the peanut butter and then chia jam is really easy just microwave about 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries on 2, 30 second intervals, mash with a fork, add 2 Teaspoons of chia seeds and then let it sit for 10 mins.} Banana bread ingredients: -1/2 medium banana -1/8 cup of coconut flour
-1/4 cup of @bobsredmill super fine almond flour -1/4 cup of crunchy peanut butter -2 Tablespoons of honey -2 teaspoons of cinnamon -1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 
1. In a small bowl, mash the banana and then stir in the wet ingredients (peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.)
2. Add the dry ingredients (coconut flour, almond flour, cinnamon,) to the wet ingredients and then stir until all of the ingredients are incorporated. 
3. Divide the dough in half, and spread into two small greased bread pans. Bake on 350 F for 15 minutes. 
Note* if you don’t have small bread pans you can double the recipe and use a larger bread pan.

Omg! These are THE MOST SOFT, DELICIOUS cookies😋 
These are so December vibey- hot cookies rolled in cinnamon sugar🤩🥰 I made this recipe often last year but I haven’t made it in a while and I just remembered it and HAD to make them🤩
There so easy, quick and worth I to make👌 •
Recipe⬇️ 2 cups almond flour 
1 teaspoon baking soda 
1 teaspoon cinnamon 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/3 cup maple syrup 🍁 
1/3 cup coconut oil 1 teaspoon vanilla (if u don’t have u can make without it)

Roll into balls. The mix 2 tablespoons cinnamon and 3 tablespoons coconut sugar and roll balls into them.
Put on a baking tray and bake on 350F for 10-13 minutes.
Cool and serve!

This was such a great, filling breakfast where I followed @caloriefixes video from the other day. Using x 2 eggs, slice of cheese and tomato 🍅 the only disappointing part was the bread, really don’t think I enjoy this type = whole meal with seeds, it’s very bland 🥴

200gr ham, in reepjes
500gr rodekool, in fijne reepjes
1 roodlof (raddichio), in fijne reepjes 
1 ui, in fijne ringen 
4 augurken, in plakjes
1kl mayonaise
2kl room

1kl mosterd
2 takjes bladpeterselie, grof gehakt
Peper en zout

Bereidingswijze 
Kook de eieren hard in kokend water.
Meng de rodekool met de roodlof, ui en de augurkjes.
Klop de mayonaise op met de room, de wijnazijn en de mosterd. Kruid bij met peper en zout. Maak de salade aan met de dressing. Dek af en laat even afkoelen in de koelkast.
Snijd de hardgekookte eitjes in kwartjes.
Verdeel de frisse salade over de borden en werk af met de eieren en de reepjes ham en de peterselie.

THAI CURRY PEA SOUP
.
Spicy thai curry pea soup that is full of flavour and only requires a handful of ingredients! It’s warming, creamy, flavourful and perfect for a quick lunch or dinner!
.
INGREDIENTS
* 1 red onion
* 2 garlic cloves
* 5 cups frozen peas
* 2 tbsp mild curry paste @dicalhouse * 1 tin / 400ml full fat coconut milk @dicalhouse * 400ml water
* 1 lime
TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL)
* 2 green chillis
* Handful of fresh coriander
* Handful of coconut flakes @dicalhouse
* 4 tbsp Coconut milk/vegan cream @dicalhouse 
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Finely cop the onion and fry in a large saucepan with some oil. After a few minutes, add the crushed garlic and fry for a further couple of minutes until soft.
2. Next add the peas, curry paste, coconut milk and water (fill up the empty coconut milk tin with water and add).
3. Bring this to a gentle simmer and leave for about 5 minutes until hot.
4. Using a hand blender or food processor blitz until smooth. Taste and season with salt and pepper and add the juice of the lime. If you find that it is too spicy add some extra coconut milk.
5. Serve and top with some fresh green chilli, coriander, coconut flakes and drizzle of coconut milk or vegan cream.
6. The soup will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days or you can freeze it.

For the protein I used some Mighty Spark turkey & bacon blend and some pepper jack cheese. For the veggies, instead of potatoes, I used rutabaga, then added some red bell pepper, garlic, jalapeños, onion, and fresh thyme + basil. Of course added some more fresh jalapeños and avocado on the top.⁠

The good thing about breakfast hash is you can use whatever you want. There are no rules - use your imagination and whatever you have on hand. If you’re not low carb, keep the potatoes!⁠

1.I roughly diced up 2 large rutabagas and sautéed for 7-8 in 1 tbsp avocado oil, paprika, garlic powder, and some sea salt. I peel by rutabaga using a peeler.⁠

2.In the same skillet, then added 1 package of @mightysparkfood turkey and bacon blend and seasoned with some more paprika, cumin, and garlic powder. Not necessary. Then started breaking up the meat with a wooden spatula to make sure it was cooking evenly.⁠

3.After about 5 minutes, to the same skillet added 2 chopped cloves of garlic, 1/2 medium onion, and 1 red bell pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.⁠

4.Then I created some pockets and cracked in 2 large eggs and added about 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese.⁠

5.Put in the oven at 350F until the egg whites had firmed up. This takes about 10-12 minutes for me. Removed, then added some sliced jalapeños, fresh herbs, and some sliced avocado. You can add anything else on top .⁠

I know this is a food blog. And to be honest with you, I rarely know what is the “right” thing to do. I know many of my blogging friends know this struggle, because we walk a fine line. I’ve seen bloggers be reamed with comments like, “Why aren’t you speaking out about this?” “Silence is a privilege, use your platform for good!” But I’ve also seen comments like, “You’re a food blogger, stay in your lane.”, or “Stick to food.” 🙄 I’m a classic Libra - I gravitate towards balance, justice, and fairness. I respect that my audience is here for food. At the same time, I must speak when it would be a disservice to the community not to. Today on my stories I spoke out against bullying, especially in relation to our President’s comments about @gretathunberg, a 16 year-old girl fighting for climate justice, who also happens to have Asperger’s Syndrome. My sister has Asperger’s Syndrome, which is on the autism spectrum, and I have seen similar rhetoric used against her (especially when she was in school) about how she projects herself into the world and expresses herself. I hope that by sharing this message that it will inspire those in the community to understand Asperger’s better, and to speak out against bullying in all forms. ♥️ Alright, I’ve said my piece, I’m off to go eat gluten-free potato croquettes 😂 Sending you all hugs!

Moi journée au top bébé à la crèche mais grève pour ma fille du coup on a passer une journée cocooning oklm 🥰😍 pour le menu du jour c’était 🌹Matin : une part de moelleux à la myrtille / cappuccino caramel / 2 clémentine ( mon fils m’en a manger une lol)🌹 Midi : Une polenta crémeuse faite maison / un petit mélange de poivron, champignon. Sauce tomate et 2 œufs🌹 Collation : Aucune bien manger. A midi pas faim du tout🌹Soir : salade 🥗 tomate 🍅, carotte 🥕, Sucrine / poêlée de crevette persillée @picardsurgeles / soupe patate douce carotte lentille (HomeMade) / une orange 🍊 🌹Pour un total de 1510 calories environs mais j avoue avoir craquer pour ce magnifique fondant chocolat et sans remord il faut savoir se faire plaisir donc mon total calorique doit être plus élever mais bon je me suis régalée.
