War heute das erste Mal im Office und dort wird einfach jeden Tag Essen bestellt. Man bekommt zu jedem Gericht Infos über die Nährwerte.
✳️ So hatte dieses Gericht knapp 700 Kalorien. Ich bin pappsatt geworden und es war mega 😍

Ich hatte das Gericht ursprünglich ohne Hähnchen bestellt, aber leider wurde es falsch geliefert. Deshalb habe ich heute wieder Fleisch gegessen 🙈

Never take our health for granted - that's for sure!  As I get older I find things start to creep in that I never had to deal with when I was younger.  But it is never too late to take steps toward feeling younger and healthier again!  What steps are you taking to toward improving your health? ⁣

Some great places to start are drinking more water every day, walking 5 minutes more each day or adding an extra fruit/veggie to your daily intake!  Baby steps - they all count!⁣

I've turned some things around just by implementing healthier choices and lifestyle changes such as healthy eating and exercise.  I'm also drinking 1/2 of my body weight in ounces most days.  I do have times where I falter - and I do LOVE my chocolate... but for the most part I'm moving in the right direction.  My oils have also become critical in supporting me in other areas so that I have been able to eliminate the need for certain prescription meds!⁣

Asian Salad with Sesame Lemon Dressing 🥗

A delicious, refreshing salad that is satisfying and well balanced. Perfect as a side dish or as a meal.

Prep time 20 min
Total time 20 min
Serves 2
Recipe by @ christieathome

INGREDIENTS 
1 head romaine lettuce chopped
3 clementines peeled
2 avocados sliced
1/4 cup cashews
4 soft boiled eggs or as many as desired
2 baby cucumbers sliced
Optional: 1/4 cup BBQ flavoured Crunch Little Lentils, won tons, nuts, anything crunchy

Dressing:
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS
In a small pot filled with hot water, soft boil your eggs for 9 minutes.

Prepare your salad ingredients as instructed. Mix in a large mixing bowl.

Then in a small bowl, whisk together your dressing ingredients. Pour over your salad and enjoy!
