We find it so easy to urge others to...

schedule the doctor’s appointment 🥼 
get in a workout or go for a walk 👟
take a nap or go to bed early 🛌 
BUT we often take care of everyone else before we take care of ourselves. We often cancel commitments we’ve made to ourselves because it’s easier to. Thousands of us RIGHT NOW are literally waiting to get healthy, pay of debt, exercise, organize the closet, etc until January 1st...isn’t that crazy? 
I challenge you to quit giving up on yourself. Quit limiting your progress because you’re waiting for Monday...a new month...or a new year. If you wouldn’t tell your kids to wait until January 1st then why the heck are you saying that to yourself?!?! .

Have you used Frankincense yet? It’s our all purpose tool in my home and one of the top oils I reach for as a mom and wife, and human 🤣 I’ll share some of my favorite tips and uses below!

1) All purpose skin soother, diaper rash? Razor burn? Cut a finger? Frankincense is great at aiding the body in repairing tissue.
2) Promotes cell apoptosis, which is basically the idea that cells have a not a life span in the body and don’t do anything funky.
3) Head tension relief, a drop pressed to the roof of my mouth calms head tension fast.
4) Supports discomfort and helps other oils work to support discomfort. Anytime we have an achy area Frankincense is so soothing.
5) Memory and brain health, frankincense has been shown to improve brain function and the ability to create long term memories.
6) Immune support, we always use Frankincense for its ability to support healthy immune function, from the tiniest newborn and up!
7) Helps anxious thoughts and moods in general, frankincense is one of the oils I’ve used for a long time to help with my PPA, and it has been powerful for other mood concerns too.

Fav Roller Recipe for energy and focus
• 10 drops of Frankincense
• 10 drops of Peppermint
• 5 drops of any citrus oil
• 5 drops of Rosemary
• Top off with FCO

You’re eating well but not losing weight? 
The common mistake is blowing it at the weekend.

In order to lose weight you must be in a caloric deficit.
This is simply you burn more than you consume.

1Lb of Fat in the human body is equal to 3500 calories.

Divide 3500 calories by 7 Days in a week, equals 500 calories.

If you burnt off 500 calories more than you consumed a day, on average over a week you would lose 1Lb.
But the harsh reality is people over consume on the weekend and can lead to being in a caloric surplus. Resulting in gaining weight.

If you feel you’re not loosing weight but you’re “eating well” 
Try tracking everything you eat in a tracker for a week.

You’ll be surprised how many calories are in certain foods, and how little calories there are in other types of food.
