LEG DAY love it or hate it if you want gains, it’s a must.
The last 3 / 4 reps are what make the muscles grow. This area of pain it’s what divides the champions from someone else who is not got what it takes to win. That’s what most people lack, having the guts to push through the pain 🥵 no matter how evil it is 👹
