Qué tal unas hamburguesas de salmón rebozadas en semillas de sésamo y amapola ? Alguien se apunta ?

Os dejo las cantidades para hacer #batchcooking en todo regla y salvar varias cenas o comidas.  HAMBURGUESAS DE SALMÓN , SÉSAMO Y AMAPOLA ⚪1kg de  de salmón al vapor y desmigado ⚪2cucharadas soperas de levadura nutricional ⚪2 cucharadas soperas de harina de almendra ( u otra de vuestra elección) ⚪ 1 huevo ⚪sal, pimienta negra, cúrcuma @naturseed ◽romero y ralladura de limón al gusto⚪semillas de sésamo y amapola para rebozar ⏩En un bol echamos todos los ingredientes ( excepto las semillas) y amasamos con las manos hasta que se mezclen bien . Precalentamos el horno a 180 . Damos forma a las hamburguesas, rebozamos en la mezcla de semillas y horneamos unos 15 minutos.

اليوم وجبة الغداء 😋 مع اهلي عبارة عن محشي طماطم وكفته مع سلطه 🥗😍.

الطريقة؛
لحم مفروم 🥩صافي ( بدون شحم) حطيت عليه بصل ابيض وثوم وبقدونس مع بهارات ( كمون وفلفل اسود) وقلبتهم مع بعض .
بعدها جبت الطماطم 🍅وفرغتها وحشيتها باللحم المفروم اللي حضرته مسبقا 
حطيت نص كاس مويه وعلى نار هاديه لمده ساعه تقريبا الطعم لذيذ😍👌 وبالعافيه.

ITALY EATS PART 1 (Florence)

1. Fried chicken sandwich with arugula, FRESH tomatoes (all the tomatoes I ate in Italy were so good so fresh) and olive oil drizzleeeeee 🤪 basically a fancy mchicken SO GOOD 🌟7/10

2. Wild boar pasta- first time trying wild boar! so rich, game-y, kinda like a combo of deer/ lamb 🌟 6/10 very good, no complaints!

3. Like a pasta salad but with rice? And sausages, super fresh zucchini and other veggies, olives, olive oil 🌟 6/10! Again no complaints 
4. Grilled chicken breast w/ roasted veggies- roasted veggies were BOMB especially the eggplant!! Chicken was very tender as well. Not overcooked 🙏🙏 🌟 6/10 no complaints again hahaha

5. Truffle pasta w/ sausage and sun dried tomatoes and  burata- the BEST thing I ate in Italy!!! Holyyyyy molyyyy this was the shizzzzzz 🌟 9/10

6. Mango panna cotta w/ passion fruit sauce- the panna cotta was so good and so creamy but sauce was overpowering and a bit too sweet 🌟 4/10 
7. Beef stew- beef was very tender, was lacking a bit of depth imo but friend was impressed with the richness of the red wine in it 🌟 5.5/10 
8. « El Diablo » sandwich with spicy salami, truffle sauce and olive tapenade- bread was dry and flaky but everything else was good 🌟 5.5/10 
9. Salad with tomato, egg, anchovies, balsamic vinegrette- was craving some greens! was very happy with portion, anchovies were good quality and the bread was probs the best bread served to us in Italy (LOVE me some warm sourdough) 🌟 6.5/10

10. Grilled foccasia (did I spell that right?? lol) sandwich with prosciutto, tomato, lettuce, porcini mushroom spread, truffle spread, olive oil- amazing portion, great meat (this place was super small with thousands of reviews so we went for breakfast right after they opened!) 🌟 7.5/10

Am I too harsh of a food critique?? lol. I gave a lot of 6s but im honestly happy with everything that I tried and the quality of the food in Florence 🥰 
This post is more for me- so I can look back on it and remember later but I hope some of you enjoyed it!! And maybe if you’re going to Florence sometime in the future this will inspire you 💓

Flu life day 6! I have truly never felt so wiped out by a flu. Trying today to eat well and feel good. Big healthy bowl of chicken salad for lunch today on the sofa under my lovely cuddle blanket. Drinking lots of water too and pushing through. -

This dish is so good it’s prePASTArous 🔥 @eatbanza meal prep for 👏 the 👏 WIN 🙌 Happy Monday, everyone!
Ingredients:
1 box of Banza
1 pint grape tomatoes
2 chicken breasts
2 cups pesto
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
*Cook Banza according to package. Strain, rinse and let cool. Gently stir in pesto. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment. Turn on grill to medium-high heat, spray with oil and place 2 chicken breasts with salt and pepper and blackened each side (3-5 minutes each side). Cut grape tomatoes in half and put in a bowl along with oil salt and pepper. Place chicken on one side of a baking sheet. Add the tomatoes to the other side and bake for 5-10 minutes.
Slice chicken and divide equal amounts of pasta, chicken and tomatoes into 4 different containers!*
