2. Isolation Exercises 20% of the time: Don’t neglect your isolation exercises if you want to maximise the growth of your arms.

3.Frequency: Research has shown that training a given muscle group more than once per week is advantageous for muscle growth. Train your arms 2-3 times per week.

4. You need to implement some form of progressive overload. Increase weights, reps or sets. You need to continually overload your muscles somehow.

I’m sure you are wondering if getting fit without counting calories is even possible. The truth is…it is 100% possible!

How do you start? My best suggestion is to take a week or two to actually track your food so you can know what adjustments you need to make.

This will be a temporary inconvenience for a permanent improvement. A bit of knowledge combined with these principles below will help a ton!

These next 6 things should set you up nicely to have some success while not tracking.

Protein focused meals. Have a solid protein surrounded with fruits, veggies, and a small starch option is perfect!

Find low cal snacks you can take on-the-go. This will help you from munching on things all day.

Limit liquid cals! Anything zero calories or very low calories will be best.

Manage portions. This may be a constant adjustment based on feel and your monthly progress. A good start for your protein source is a fist or fist and a half size.

Stop eating when full. Don’t force yourself to keep eating because you have food left. Listen to your body!
