〰️ARROZ CALDOSO〰️
Aprovechando que hoy es festivo por aquí y no trabajo me apetecía mucho hacerme algo un poco diferente y desde hace tiempo tenía en mente hacerme este arroz.
.
👌 Es muy fácil y queda super bueno
.
📝 Para una ración necesitas...
.
⏺️ Un diente de ajo
⏺️ Medio tomate picado
⏺️ Cuarto de cebolla picada
⏺️ Una puntita de pimentón de la Vera dulce
⏺️ Un par de hebras de azafrán
⏺️ 5ml de AOVE
⏺️ Gambas peladas, mejillones y calamares (140gr en total)
⏺️ 100gr aprox de pimiento rojo asado
⏺️ 50gr de arroz (yo he usado arroz redondo)
⏺️ 200ml de caldo de pollo (o de pescado o de verduras)

〰️ En una cacerola ponemos el aceite de oliva y sofreímos el ajo y la cebolla y cuando está dorado añadimos el tomate.
.
〰️Añado el marisco, mezclo todo, doro un poquito y echo el caldo.
.
〰️ Preparo el azafrán (caliento las hebras en el microondas y las machaco, pero en esto soy muy novata, no sé si lo estaré haciendo bien 😅) y se lo añado al caldo con la mezcla.
.
〰️ Echo el arroz y sin remover lo dejo el tiempo indicado, en este caso 18 minutos.
.
〰️A unos 5 minutos de acabar añado el pimiento, que como ya está asado no necesita hacerse mucho tiempo porque sino queda demasiado blando y se hace puré.
.
🤗 Muy fácil de hacer! Y exquisito, además ahora bien calentito entra para el cuerpo que da gusto!

Kochst du mit jemanden, den du lieb hast, kocht es sich gemeinsam gleich viel schöner und vor allem leckerer. So gab es gestern Abend Zitronenhähnchen mit Spätzle 🤤.

Spätzle wie gehabt kochen. In der Zwischenzeit Hähnchenbruststücke würzen und mehlen. Dann in einer Pfanne mit etwas Butter und Olivenöl von beiden Seiten leicht bräunlich anbraten. Fleisch raus nehmen und mit 100ml Hühnerbrühe und einem Becher Schlagsahne ablöschen, Salz und Pfeffer dran, den Zitronensaft einer halben Zitrone und 30g Kapern. Alles eins zwei Minütchen aufkochen lassen, dann das Fleisch, 2 Zweige Rosmarin und die in Scheiben geschnittene andere Hälfte der Zitrone dazu und nochmal 5 Minuten köcheln. 
Nun die Spätzle auf den Teller und das Fleisch mit Sauce dazu und etwas Petersile drauf streuen. Geht schnell und einfach und ist mega lecker.

Today let’s talk about one such Maharashtrian snack, which is made from fairly simple ingredients, is absolutely delicious, packed with nutrients and is everybody’s favourite!

Kothimbir Vadi is a popular Maharashtrian snack and is the best companion to your cup of hot ginger chai especially during the winters. Kothimbir Vadis are made using lots of coriander leaves, gram flour and spices which is then steam cooked, cut and to be either shallow fried or deep fried. Kothimbir is the Marathi word for coriander leaves. These crispy crunchy fritters are gluten free and packed with health benefits.

Coriander is a great source of dietary fiber, magnesium and iron. Call it a wonder herb, as coriander is a package of eleven essential oils, and lots of mineral and vitamins with many beneficial properties. It is recommended for hypertension, digestive problems and nausea. Pesto greens on toast 💚 I simply fried mushrooms 🍄 + broccoli 🥦 + kale 🥬 and with a few spoons of pesto (I used a free-from one) and topped on grilled gluten free bread which I also topped with a spoon of pesto instead of butter 😉 you can also watch how I make it on stories if you wish! It’s so expensive to eat healthy these days.. it’s way cheaper to buy a bunch of gross frozen dinners on sale than a bag of fruit and veggies to create a meal that will make your belly smile!! I hate feeling guilty for the food I sometimes have to give to my kiddies...

อากาศแบบนี้ซดแกงจืดร้อนๆกันดีกว่านะคะ ปาล์มต้มหม้อใหญ่เลยค่ะแบ่งกันกินกับที่บ้าน ใช้กระดูกเล้ง(ไม่มีไม่ต้องใส่ได้ค่ะ) กระดูกหมู 500 กรัม ฟักแก่1/3ลูก ของบ้านตรงข้ามปลูกเองเอามาให้ค่ะ อิอิชอบ 😌 เห็ดหอมแห้ง6ดอกแช่น้ำจนนิ่ม เครื่องยาจีน1ถุง เริ่มจากตั้งน้ำหนึ่งหม้อให้เดือดใส่รากผักชี2รากใหญ่ กระดูกหมูและเล้งลงไป พอเดือดเปิดไฟอ่อนคอยช้อนฟองทิ้งตั้งไว้ซัก 40 นาทีใส่ฟักกับเห็ดลงไป เคี่ยวต่ออีก 40 นาที แล้วใส่เครื่องยาจีนทั้งหมดเคี่ยวต่อไป20นาที ปรุงรสแค่เกลือหิมาลายัน2ชต ซีอิ๊วขาว2ชต เสร็จตักใส่ชามโรยพริกไทยและผักชี
