🎄GALLETITAS🎄

Qué te parece si en la sobremesa de los días de fiestas sacas unas galletitas caseras saludables... Además son aptas para los peques a partir de 1 año🥰🥰.
.
🔷INGREDIENTES GALLETAS:
🔸250gr harina de trigo integral.
🔸120gr mantequilla sin sal.
🔸1 huevo de gallinas felices.
🔸100gr dátiles Medjoul.
🔸2gr bicarbonato sódico.
.
🔷INGREDIENTES TOPPING:
🔸Crema de cacahuete.
🔸Chocolate 85%.
.
➖Pon los dátiles sin hueso en remojo con agua caliente 10', saca el agua y tritura con la turmix.
➖Mezcla la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente con el huevo (yo uso varillas eléctricas), añade la pasta de dátil y vuelve a mezclar, ahora añade la harina y bicarbonato poco a poco y mezcla con varillas hasta que tengas que usar las manos para acabar de mezclarlo todo bien.
➖Echa la mezcla entre 2 papeles vegetales y estira la masa con el rodillo.
➖Precalienta horno 190°.
➖Coge un cortador de galletas y ves poniéndolas encima de la bandeja del horno forrada con papel vegetal.
➖Hornea 190° 20'.
➖Saca y esta enfriar encima de la rejilla del horno.
➖Una vez frías, ponles el topping, crema de cacahuete y chocolate deshecho y a la nevera. Cuando se solidifique el chocolate, estarán listas para disfrutar 😜😜.

Önce laktoz nedir bakalım...
Laktoz, süt ve süt ürünlerinde bulunan bir çeşit karbonhidrattır. .
🌸Bazı kişilerin vucudunda laktaz enziminin eksikliği sebebiyle  laktoz sindirilemez bu duruma laktoz intoleransı denir.
🌸Belirtileri; süt ve süt ürünleri tükettikten sonra şişkinlik, mide bulantısı, kramp, bazen isal bazen kabızlık gibi şikayetle kendini gösterir.
🌸2 çeşit laktoz intoleransı vardır;
1- Kalıtsal yani doğuştan 
2- Daha sonradan yada yaşlanmayla ortaya çıkan laktoz intoleransı

🌸Laktoz intoleransı olan bireyler yukarıda belirttigim şikayetleri yaşamamak için normal süt ve süt içeren gıdaları tuketmemelidirler. Laktozsuz süt tercih edilmeli.
🌸Laktoz intoleransının şiddetine bağlı olarak bazı bireyleri yogurt, peynir ve kefir gibi fermente süt ürünleri rahatsız etmemektedir.

🌿 Coco Bacon (VG-GF)
 75 gr thick coconut chips
 2 tablespoons of neutral flavor oil (sesame, flax ...) 1.5 tablespoons tamari
 1/2 teaspoon paprika  Mix all the ingredients and let macerate 30 ’. Bake at 100 degrees about 25 ’. Let cool and store in a glass jar with airtight closure.  It looks great on vegetable creams, toast with avocado, salads, lentils ...
🔴75 gr de virutas de coco gruesas
2 cucharadas de aceite de sabor neutro (sesamo, lino...)
1,5 cucharadas de tamari
1/2 cucharadita de pimentón

Mezclar todos los ingredientes y dejar macerar 30’. Hornear a 100 grados unos 25’. Dejar enfriar y guardar en un tarro de cristal con cierre hermético. ▪️ Õhuline hirsikook ▪️⁣
Eile mul isu väga ei olnud, aga sõin kava järgi (väikeste mugandustega) ja kuna mul oli magusaisu ja kapis oli ka kolm @farmipiim lahja kohupiima pakki, mis vajasid ära söömist, siis tegin kooki! Üks mu lemmiktegevusi fitlapi jälgimise puhul ja ka üldse - armastan kooke ja nende tegemist! ⁣❤️

Maitselt pole see tõeline magus kohupiimakook, aga see on üpris hea asendus, sest on ikka parajalt magus ning saab magustaja abil seda magusamaks teha. Sees on ohtralt kohupiima ja küpses küll selliseks nagu oleks "päris" ! Hirss lisab omajagu tekstuuri ja on ka põnevam - väga palju maitset see juurde ei anna. Mina tegin 4-kordse koguse. ⁣🤗

▪️ 4 muna ⁣
▪️ 100g hirssi ⁣
▪️ 3 pakki lahjat kohupiima @farmipiim⁣
▪️ 200g kreeka jogurtit (4%) ⁣
▪️ Maitseks magustaja, kaneeli ⁣
▪️ Peale purustasin 1/4 peotäit maapähkleid ja lõikasin peale 3 maasikat ⁣

Keeda hirss pehmeks (ca 20 minutit), eralda munavalged ja -kollased ning pane nad eraldi kaussidesse. Sega omavahel munakollased, kohupiim, kreeka jogurt ja keedetud hirss (jahutasin veidi) ning lisa soovi korral kaneel. Vahusta munavalged magustajaga ning sega see vaikselt teise segu sisse.  Pane vormi ja küpseta 200 kraadi juures umbes 60 minutit - vaata, et pealt läheks kuldpruuniks ja siis ongi valmis. ⁣

▪️ Õhuline hirsikook ▪️⁣ Eile mul isu väga ei olnud, aga sõin kava järgi (väikeste mugandustega) ja kuna mul oli magusaisu ja kapis oli ka kolm @farmipiim lahja kohupiima pakki, mis vajasid ära söömist, siis tegin kooki! Üks mu lemmiktegevusi fitlapi jälgimise puhul ja ka üldse - armastan kooke ja nende tegemist! ⁣❤️ ⁣ Maitselt pole see tõeline magus kohupiimakook, aga see on üpris hea asendus, sest on ikka parajalt magus ning saab magustaja abil seda magusamaks teha. Sees on ohtralt kohupiima ja küpses küll selliseks nagu oleks "päris" ! Hirss lisab omajagu tekstuuri ja on ka põnevam - väga palju maitset see juurde ei anna. Mina tegin 4-kordse koguse. ⁣🤗 ⁣ ▪️ 4 muna ⁣ ▪️ 100g hirssi ⁣ ▪️ 3 pakki lahjat kohupiima @farmipiim ⁣ ▪️ 200g kreeka jogurtit (4%) ⁣ ▪️ Maitseks magustaja, kaneeli ⁣ ▪️ Peale purustasin 1/4 peotäit maapähkleid ja lõikasin peale 3 maasikat ⁣ ⁣ Keeda hirss pehmeks (ca 20 minutit), eralda munavalged ja -kollased ning pane nad eraldi kaussidesse. Sega omavahel munakollased, kohupiim, kreeka jogurt ja keedetud hirss (jahutasin veidi) ning lisa soovi korral kaneel. Vahusta munavalged magustajaga ning sega see vaikselt teise segu sisse. Può mancare il cioccolato nella mia colazione la mattina? Non resisto per molto tempo senza 🤣 quindi a me occhi naso e bocca che mi aspetta una bella CAKE AL CIOCCOLATO E CAROTE con CREMA AL COCCO e PROFUMATA AL CARDAMOMO, perché anche il cioccolato ha i suoi benefici. -
Nello specifico, per chi se lo fosse perso, ecco qualche curiosità sul CACAO AMARO 🍫:
💥 rinforza il nostro sistema immunitario;
💥 combatte il colesterolo;
💥 è antiossidante, grazie al flavonoide dell’epicatechina e combatte gli effetti dei radicali liberi ;
💥 contiene minerali quali calcio potassio magnesio fosforo;
💥 contiene vitamine del gruppo B, vitamina K e vitamina J;
💥 azione antidepressiva grazie alla presenza della tiramina;
💥 grazie all’alto contenuto di carboidrati, minerali e vitamine è consigliato a chi svolge attività sportiva ;
💥 i flavanoli presenti nel cacao hanno un effetto benefico sul cuore e aiutano a ridurre il rischio di ictus;
💥 il suo consumo migliora il metabolismo degli zuccheri e la resistenza all’insulina.

La tortina è semplice, fatta con:
🌾 20 gr farina di lupino,
🥥 15 gr farina di cocco degrassata,
🌾 15 gr farina integrale di avena,
🌾 10 gr farina manitoba,
🥕 10 gr farina di carote,
🍫 12 gr cacao amaro,
🥕 50 gr carote finemente tritate,
🍳 150 gr albumi,
🍬 dolcificante,
🍥 6 gr idrolitina + succo di limone.
Una volta cotta, io a bagnomaria per circa 20-23 minuti (prova stecchino), lasciata raffreddare e tagliata a metà. Farcita con una cremina al cacao profumata al CARDAMOMO e successivamente steso sopra una CREMA AL COCCO, preparata con 80 gr yogurt greco al cocco Trublend @fage, 75 gr skyr bianco, 3-4 gr cocco rapè e 4 gr agar-agar, sciolto in poca bevanda al cocco.
Coppato e posizionata sopra l’altra metà del pancake e fatto riposare in frigo tutta la notte.
