Here is the first set of some of my favourite #summermeals (By the way, I usually prefer to eat lighter as the day goes on, which means I sometimes end up eating breakfast foods for lunch and/or dinner 😉):

💠BREAKFAST (6 to 7am)->fruit platter topped with chia seeds, flax seeds and toasted coconut

💠LUNCH (11am to 12pm)->whole grain toast with raspberry chia jam, almond butter, bananas, blueberries and honey.

💠DINNER (4-5pm)->homemade quinoa and blackbean burger with kale, tomatoes and homemade guacamole

THE JAPANESE WATER THERAPY

The objective of this therapy is to use water in your daily life to balance and regulate your health. 
WHAT DOES THIS THERAPY SUGGEST?
1. As soon as you wake up in the morning, drink four to six glasses of room temperature or lukewarm water, each of 160-200 milliliters, on an empty stomach. You can also add honey and squeeze some fresh lemon juice in it. If you are unable to chug all four glasses of water in one go, wait for a couple of minutes between each glass of water so as to give your stomach a break.

2. Brush your teeth after drinking water. Avoid eating or drinking anything for at least 45 minutes. After every meal of the day, do not eat or drink anything for at least two hours.

3. Walk quietly every day for at least an hour. 
4. Every night, before going to the bed, gargle at least 4-5 times with warm water mixed with salt.

5. Avoid eating and drinking while you stand as it hinders the digestion process.
Chew your food properly before gulping it down in order to better digest your food.
