How does your body move? We all have ways in which we move our body, some dance, some do yoga, others swim or walk in their neighborhoods, I just happen to spend a lot time hiking mountains to escape the everyday noise. To breathe the fresh air, remind myself, I am enough! I am always curious to try new sports and activies, never really good at it the first time around.
