Today I was feeling really exhausted so I had one of these and it gave me so much energy 🙃 cravings gone, energy lifted, felt satisfied!! If your like me and like to be healthy 80% of the time you need to save this recipe 😜 plus most of these ingredients you will already have in your cupboard!
It honestly can't get any easier than this! ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Protein balls (recipe makes 24)
8 tbsp almond butter
2 scoops vegan vanilla protein
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Splash of water to mix (add bits at a time)
Coconut shredded or flakes (to roll protein balls in)
Put protein, almond butter, cinnamon, cacao powder and vanilla extract in a bowl start mixing together.
As you mix keep adding a bit of water to help mix the ingredients together, no more than 3 splashes (1/4 cup or less) just enough to make the mixture tacky
Once all mixed line a container with baking paper.
Pour some coconut in a bowl for rolling
Pull out a bit of mixture and roll into a 20c piece ball (mixture should be a little tacky if too dry the coconut will not stick)
Then roll ball into coconut so its covered and put on lined paper.
Once all balls complete seal container and put in fridge to set overnight.
The next day they are ready for munching✌️
Stores in fridge for one week
