🍌 40g Honig-Milch Total Protein

Healthy Air Fryer Zucchini Fries 🤤🍟

Ingredients 🍱:
* 1 medium zucchini
Breading
* 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
* 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Dredging
* 1 large egg
* 1 garlic clove
* 1/2 tsp salt divided

Instructions 👩‍🍳:
* Combine the egg with salt, 1/4 tsp salt, and pressed garlic.
* Then slice the zucchini into strips and dip them in the egg mixture.
* Now combine panko bread crumbs, plain bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, and salt in a bowl. * Then dredge the zucchini fries into the breading mixture.
* Spray the bottom of your air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the breaded fries on top. Then spray the top and sides of the fries with cooking spray as well. * Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8 minutes.

Chicken Springroll. Yet another string of lessons learned this time around. Way too much filling for the wrapper, and it did not reheat very well so I would probably avoid wrapping during meal prep and instead do that when you go to actually eat it if you want the best version possible. If you prefer to still wrap it and fridge it then you'll want to sprinkle an ounce of water on top before heating.⁠⠀

I made some yummy protein packed waffles this morning for breakfast using my mini @unprocessyourfood dash waffle maker! ❤️

It’s super simple to make and tastes really good!

Ingredients:

1 scoop (23g) @drinkorgain vanilla protein powder 
1 tsp baking powder 
1 large egg 
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional but makes it taste good 🤤)
1 tsp cake batter extract (optional but I love the taste from it!)

Be sure to add some water to the mixture as well if it’s too thick to make it more like a pancake consistency
.
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and spray your waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray. Once it warmed up pour some of the mix into it and leave in for about 2-3 minutes. As the batter gets less and less you might have to add a tiny bit of water to the mix to make it spread out more to make 4 waffles. Then once you have all 4 done that’s it! Serve and pour some @choczero maple syrup on top and enjoy! 😉

Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and spray your waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray. Once it warmed up pour some of the mix into it and leave in for about 2-3 minutes. As the batter gets less and less you might have to add a tiny bit of water to the mix to make it spread out more to make 4 waffles. Then once you have all 4 done that’s it! After getting into the best shape of my life, I got a little complacent when I completed principal photography for my film  #mumbaisaga last month.. Coincidentally, the lock down happened around the same time and my diet and workout routine, both went for a toss.. I am still working out from home but my diet suffered terribly because of so much time on hand! I made excuses that I wasn’t going to be shooting before a month so it was fine!!! But it’s not fine!! All that hard work went for a toss!! Now we all know that #abs are made in the kitchen, not the #gym!! And so today, I say STOP!! I’m going on a strict #highprotein #lowcarb carb #intermittentfasting diet and avoiding diary and gluten as much as possible.. I’m zipping my face for the next 2 months as far as #desserts or sweets are concerned.. I promise to come back with a leaner, better physique soon!!! If any of you have experienced this sudden urge to let your guard drop over the last 2-3 weeks as far as your diet is concerned, then STOP!! Get back on track and #staythecourse even while you #stayhome !! We can beat the #coronavirus AND the urge to binge eat or cheat eat!! I WILL!! You can too!! .
