When your usual repetitive routine ends. You discover other wonderful things you are missing. 
When my gym shut down due to the effort to contain the COVID 19 from spreading. I felt like it was the end of my career as a trainer. Well! Who knew I would be having equal fun being outdoor with my clients. 
So far it has been a wonderful learning experience for me as a trainer. 
Demonstration video of my 30:60 legs workout program will be posted in next two following post.
Try it out guys. 
All you need is one kettle bell or a dumb bell.
