Interval Whole Body Workout 
Start with a good warm-up for 5 min

Go for 2 to 3 rounds with 2 min rest in between. 
Rest 15 sec between exercises

1- 20 Step-up High Knee 
2- 20 Spider-Man Knee
3- 10 Box Jump (step-up)/incline Burpee (walk up)
4- 3× 4 Narrow Push-up(knee push-up)/ 4 Plank walk up
5- 20 Squat Heel Tap
6- 3× 4 Mountain Climbers/ 4 Plank Jacks/ 4 Knee Tuck
7- 10 Split Squats each side
8- 20 Hip Thrusts
9- 20 Knees to Chest Crunches
10- 20 Reverse Bicycle

Here is the Quarantine Tabata Workout I did this morning if any of you would like to get after it.

You only need a few pieces of equipment. Instead of a timer, I listen to Specific Tabata Workout Songs you can easily find on ITunes or YouTube.

Exercises:
Jump Rope
Squat Band Rows 
Burpees 
DB Curl Shoulder Press Complex 
Equipment: 
Jump Rope/Resistance Band /Dumbbells/Weighted Vest (optional)

Tabata Format: 
8 Different Exercises 
20 Second Rounds
10 Second Recovery
8 Rounds Per Exercise
Complete all 8 Rounds on 1 Exercise then move on to the next.

Positivity ✨.

There have been some very anxious, dark, panicked & stressful moments lately. BUT I’ve also been blown away by how much positivity I have also seen on social media. I thought I’d share a few to encourage you ☺️.

- People opening up their homes to others to stay with them during the quarantine.
- Fostering pets from animal shelters during the lockdown (I’m sure lots of those fostered cuties will become adopted family members by the end of the lockdown 😂)

- So much COMMUNITY! Whether it’s having a virtual Zoom coffee date with friends or Zoom bootcamps or having a neighborhood concert (everyone singing apart but together from their balconies), people sharing & supporting small, local businesses.
- People offering free EVERYTHING = cooking classes, exercise videos, live streaming running drills (by an Olympic gold medalist), free access to educational platforms for kids & adults alike, mindfulness & gratitude templates.
- People offering support & checking in with each other. Speaking “life” 🤍. We’re all in this together.
- The humor. The honesty. Providing many with relief & comfort (you are not alone or the only one feeling like this)

Positivity ✨. . There have been some very anxious, dark, panicked & stressful moments lately. BUT I’ve also been blown away by how much positivity I have also seen on social media.
