Worked on my back and handstands today attempts to use hyper lapse on my phone failed aside from this couple 😂💪
I'm loving seeing everyone's at home workouts so good how we can adapt to these changes! 💗💪
Working every other day on my abs aiming for 200 reps of all different exercises completing 20 of each and I managed to get this pump but i had to put a bit of love on my face 🤣🤣

Set the alarm for a bit earlier and up and pounded out 10 Rounds Defensive rolls. 
If its something you love, you make time for it. 
I am NOT a morning person but I love how I feel after getting my workout in so I made sure it got done, period 😁

In questo periodo (unica cosa positiva) riesco ad allenarmi con continuità attualmente 6 volte a settimana , il focus primario è di mantenere il volume di allenamento molto alto, per cercare di mettere il maggior quantitativo di muscolo. Continuerò con una split di powerbuilding, per ancora 3 settimane per poi cambiare e ritornare a una split 4x week togliendo qualche esercizio complementare.

Tijd om te reflecteren, zeker in deze tijd. Ik ben druk bezig met mijn studie en krijg steeds meer inzichten hoe ik anderen over een tijdje ook goed kan helpen.

Het is fijn om te horen van bekenden maar ook onbekenden dat ik zoveel positieve invloed heb op ze! Met alle onzekerheid waar we nu in leven is dat een geweldig compliment.

En dat is wat ik wil, mensen weer in een positieve vibe krijgen en niet meer boos of verdrietig terug kijken naar hoe hun leven was. Alles lijkt nu zo onzeker, veel mensen maken zich zorgen.

Deze tijd zet je ook even terug naar je basis, accepteer hoe het is. Acceptatie is berusting in het moment.
Ik neem het met de dag, hou mijn aandacht op vandaag, zet kleine positieve stappen.
Pak nieuwe bezigheden op en of dat nou in je joggingbroek is of dat jij je elke dag aankleed dat maakt niet uit......
Ontwikkel veerkracht en bereid je voor op hoe het straks weer is. Ik ben dankbaar voor wat ik heb, dit krikt ook mijn geluksniveau op!

Het zijn de lessen in je leven die je laten groeien en daar kan je met veel spijt naar terug kijken, maar zonder dat was je niet gekomen waar je nu bent.
Tenminste zo werkt het voor mij!

Ik voel me nu eenmaal fijn bij veel sporten en gezonde voeding en ik laat graag zien hoeveel energie ik hiervan krijg en nee niet iedereen is hetzelfde. Doe vooral wat bij jou past!! Hoe gaat het met jullie tijdens deze crisis??

А это затратно, не всегда возможно и вызывает повышенную нагрузку на желудочно-кишечный тракт. Необходимость в использовании спортивного питания. Это единственный соматотип, который действительно нуждается в приеме гейнеров и белковых коктейлей, так как физически желудок не способен удовлетворить всю потребность в питании.🥞

Преобладание белых «выносливостных» волокон затормаживает старт. Эктоморфам тяжело взять свои первые рубежи, так как гиперплазия еще не началась, а гипертрофия не способна обеспечить достаточный рычаг.🤔

Эктоморфы, у которых преобладают белые мышечные волокна, не чувствуют разницы между 95% от максимума и 120% от максимума.
