Je ne pensais jamais que je pouvais retrouver la forme en m’entraînant à la maison. Malgré que j’étais une accro du gym, avec un bébé c’était rendu impossible. Il faut avoir beaucoup de détermination car les excuses son facile quand tu es à la maison et que Netflix est pas loin🤷🏻‍♀️ Malgré ma vie de jeune maman, travailleur autonome à temps pleins et étudiante en thérapie sportive, je trouve quand même 50 min de mon temps pour m’entraîner dans la journée. HOLYFUCKING cardio !!! 💦🔥💦🔥!! THAT WAS AMAZEBALLS !! & to think that just 30 min prior to this I DID NOT WANT TO WORKOUT ❌‼️ . I had spent the whole day out with mom and the baby running errands & picking up my *new* all black 4-1 car seat ( 😏 that’s right I said it , 4-1 baby LMAO ) 🤣... Plus 👉🏼it’s another rainy day here in SoCal 🌧... and it’s Friday !! seriously all I wanted to do was put Jessie down for a nap so I could curl up next to the Christmas tree and catch up on some holiday hallmark movies 🎥 🤣🎄 >> Well, I can be a basic mom later tonight lol !! Right now I NEED to show up for myself & MY commitment 👉🏼 THIS PROGRAM is a commitment I made to myself BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO BE WHERE I AM NOW THIS TIME NEXT YEAR !!! Always using “next Monday” or “Jan 1st” as an EXCUSE to eat like shit and do nothing because I planned on “restarting Monday , oh wait I have party to go to .. so next weekend , but that’s Halloween . And then it’s the holiday season ..So Jan 1st . Yes ! That’ll be the day “ . I always had an EXCUSE . Always pushed it off . Today felt SO rewarding ! I cried happy tears just 10 min in because I could see/feel a difference in my moves !!! I had a boost of energy come out of no where AND I pushed hard and it felt so empowering ! I’m so excited to stay active through the holidays and start 2020 FEELING ah-mazing ⚡️🔥 .
