Got to love when a morning routine starts to become a bit more consistent!! 👌🏼🤗

Never been a big gym fan but do love a little circuit so am trying to get some home workouts in before work and although at the moment I’m only consistent with my Tuesday mornings it’s a start, and got to start somewhere right! •

Also loving that I can have a brew ready for when I’m done ... workout, brew, shower, work, repeat!! 👊🏼

Hips hips hips 🙌

Weak hips can lead to so many issues, especially if you are a runner. Things like injured knees, ankles, and also things like pain walking up and down stairs, and getting up from the ground after changing a diaper

A GO-TO exercise I’ve done for years is single leg squats (I also love single leg deadlifts). What’s important about this particular one is the reach in different directions 👈👆👉 Go grab some solo cups and add this to your regimen 2-3 times a week. It doesn’t take long! Sit down into it (it’s a squat, not a deadlift)
2 rounds x 12/leg. I like to use 3 cups and lay them down one way (3) then pick them up (another 3) then repeat (total 12). You’ll start to feel the burn in your hips 🔥 as they are stabilizing and strengthening 💪  Tag a friend who you think would love this 👇👇

Day 1 of building muscle and toning . Did a 20 min workout before work but it really took me 40 minutes with my minion going wild. I did Arms of course. My goal is to tighten and rebuild my guns 😁💪 My son wanted to workout too but the weights were obviously too heavy for his little self.

I add a maple pole to help me lengthen and reach long before leaning over. The challenge is keeping the hips forward when lifting and avoid leading with head/neck. 
Here are three progressions with the last one involving a single leg teaser lift for #teasertuesday 🎉
