Dinner was tasty but I feel dreadful this evening so off to bed. I had 1 and a half quorn fillets with 1 tbsp pesto (3 syns), quinoa and couscous, and broccoli, cauliflower and green beans. Also had a Pepsi max to try and settle my stomach.
Now about to have a decaf tea and sleep. I'm currently planning to get up at 5am so I can go running and do some strength training before work. Then a 12 hour shift in the hospital.
I have prepped my overnight oats, my lunch and my snacks for the day to keep me on plan so nothing can stop me now.
