If you need extra help...... I'm taking up 2 more online coaching clients and 1 more one-on-one personal training client. After 7 years into fitness & wellness, I've decided to take a step forward and guide people along and do my freelance coaching. I wouldn't want to take in too many because I want to really work closely with my clients to give my 💯.
