7 years ago my Amsterdam’s life was about to begin.
When I first came to the Netherlands I didn’t know how many challenges I would have face. The biggest so far has been looking inside myself and realising that the job I was doing, researcher in Neuroscience, was not right for me. It has been hard realising that what I have studied and invested energies in for so long was no longer mine, I didn’t belong to that world anymore. And even harder was the transition from academia to the freelancer world, where you are responsible for everything of what you do. No boss to guide you, no tema collaborators.
The next hard step was seeing myself happy in this new career of support for families, but missing Neuroscience.
@babybrainsinfo had for me the best gift ever. Because through BabyBrains workshops I can be constantly in touch with my beloved Neuroscience and transferring those amazing discoveries about children brain development to families and empowering them in their journey into parenthood.
I believe life is a constant development, but right now I feel completely fulfilled.
