Happy with this run. After Saturday, I knew I could do a long run. Miles 7 and 8 were hard but i pushed thru.
Getting my distance back is most important right now. Working on my speed will come after, but I'm very happy with the distances I have been running.
It's only week 3 and I feel like I'm ahead of where I thought would be. I just have to get better after every run! - 11 minutes ago
