Ever run around in your daily life as if you're a chicken with your head cut off? I know, I know...we all do. It seems an inevitable part of life these days that we feel we all need to be accomplishing more.

This week's blog post discusses how slowing down, in both the art studio and in my daily life, actually allows me to accomplish more. Plus an added bonus of not feeling like I'm running around on fire. Score!
