⭐️Each move should flow directly into the next with a break if possible. Perform all moves on one side, then follow the same progression on the other side. All moves were shortened for @instagram 🔹Move 1 - again, do the workout on the app for the complete “why and how” this move is performed • low back anchored to the floor •drive your quad into your hand and press away at the same time to light up your abdominal wall • 30-45 seconds 🔹Move 2 - adding rotation and movement with oblique focus • low back anchored down • notice the other leg is off the ground the entire time so you should hit a hollow hold position after each rotation, def a challenge • 45 seconds
🔹Move 3 - pulse into rotation • 15 seconds or 15 reps
🔹Move 4 - make sure legs are at a “V” position• don’t let the moving leg touch the ground 🔹Move 5 - one legged bridge • 5 full reps •10 pulses • 5 full reps .
