I'm not one for really one for giving speeches or writing long essays on social media but today it's time to change.
I’ve recently been in a shit situation that has really played with my mental health, something which I have suffered with in the past and something that (excuse my french) really fucks me up. Anyway, I'm not going into that just now! Instead, I want to help others as well as myself with overcoming it through fitness and nutrition.
For those who don’t know me that well, I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and my love for fitness has been fired up again through the crazy sport of CrossFit.
So, most days (got to have rest days 😉) I will be putting together a fun but hard routine or telling you the routine I have done thanks to @crossfit_belerion as well as one recipe for you to try (all veggie based). Todays routine will only be a short and not so sweet workout (kidding, or am I?😱) that will follow in a post later today and also a cheeky recipe. 💥 KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED FOR AN UPCOMING COMPETITION 💥
