Now, more than ever, it is so important to check in with yourself. Be aware of how you're feeling everyday, and don't forget to do the little things that bring you joy. That's something that I have had to remind myself to do daily.
It's okay to keep up with the news to stay informed, but it's also okay to turn it off once and awhile so you can breathe a little easier. I have incorporated a few techniques into my life to help me stay even keel and hopeful because that is honestly the main thing that's keeping me sane right now!
That, and the help of the few habits I have been implementing have done wonders to help me hold myself together when I feel like the world around me is falling apart.
