This week I did a 3 day juice cleanse. Each day I had about 4-16oz juices, a glass of kefir, a cup green tea, and a small salad. Because I do intermittent fasting and already go long periods of time without eating, the not eating wasn't super hard. The first and second days were the easiest, in terms of no food. By the 3rd day for some reason I felt mentally drained. I took a 5 hr nap that day and begrudgingly finished my cleanse.
I noticed overall that I lost a couple inches off my waist and throughout the cleanse I had difficulty regulating my body temperature (I was freezing cold!). I felt a bit fatigued, but not overly so, and was still able to complete simple, modified workouts. I also slept like a rock, which is highly unusual for me.
I'll def do it again, but without the celery cuz celery juice is disgusting and idc what anyone says 😂
