😎一天一餐就是醬吃。。。 🍗手工蒜味義大利麵,半隻烤雞。。。 ❌工作日就不吃早午餐了,很多人都說早餐不吃不能做工,午餐不吃餓著不能吃,其實早午餐不吃,工作起來更加精神。。。
因為WFH的關係,調整成20小時禁食,還是想念30小時以上的餓餓餓。。。

Too much insulin is NOT a good thing!

There is no denying that insulin is vital for survival, but more is not always better.

A study entitled, “Glucose Metabolism and Coronary Heart Disease With Normal Glucose Tolerance” demonstrated that as insulin levels increased, so do the number of blocked coronary arteries.
.
.
This is fascinating because a normal glucose tolerance test would suggest the absence of diabetes, yet diabetic type effects factors were still noted!
.
.
Intermittent fasting is a method to naturally lower insulin levels!  Other methods include a low carbohydrate lifestyle and decreasing processed foods.

This week I did a 3 day juice cleanse. Each day I had about 4-16oz juices, a glass of kefir, a cup green tea, and a small salad. Because I do intermittent fasting and already go long periods of time without eating, the not eating wasn't super hard. The first and second days were the easiest, in terms of no food. By the 3rd day for some reason I felt mentally drained. I took a 5 hr nap that day and begrudgingly finished my cleanse. 
I noticed overall that I lost a couple inches off my waist and throughout the cleanse I had difficulty regulating my body temperature (I was freezing cold!). I felt a bit fatigued, but not overly so, and was still able to complete simple, modified workouts. I also slept like a rock, which is highly unusual for me. 
I'll def do it again, but without the celery cuz celery juice is disgusting and idc what anyone says 😂
Oh and btw, alla this produce plus a bottle of kefir was $25 from @heb ....I love you HEB!
