Made so much progress this bulk, but now it’s time to change up my training to reduce my muscle mass on my legs👊🏼.
What people don’t understand is that bikini is a bodybuilding category however, you need to work towards the criteria that the judges are looking for, so sometimes that means reducing muscle mass in certain areas in my case.
