BOOM spent Saturday night at the bar - just like Friday. Killed shoulders tonight and hit 55# dbs on presses for first time ever 2x10 and had 0 pain in my shoulder. I'm hoping seriously that this means I've been doing it right and staying light and really working loosening up well before hitting a y upper body. I still do 0 barbell benching on flat bench, strictly dbs since I can move and position myself as needed with those. Fingers crossed its helping.
Had a pump going, extra salt all day and water helps tremendously. I hope you all met your goals this week, and if not - tomorrow you wake up and instead of feeling bad about mistakes - get your ass up and get moving to better yourself. Life wont wait, your goals and dreams wont wait and every hour you dwell on the past, you miss that time bettering your future.

Prior to hitting shoulders my oldest had 2 bball games - lost both but he scored 6 pts (highest ever for the day) and was really aggressive. His team is all 3rd grade and they've played 4th graders all year. 13-4 on the year is pretty damn good. Then we had dinner and you can tell he's tired but also he's 1000000% a daddy's boy. - 5 minutes ago
