🥑🍶 Dip de kéfir y aguacate 🍶🥑 RECETA

💚 Delicioso y cremoso dip lleno de bacterias amigables, con especias digestivas que aportan mucha salud al organismo 😍

✅ Ingredientes:
- 1 aguacate mediano o grande - 3 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana orgánico de @probioticosguatemala - 4 onzas (120ml) de kéfir de leche de @probioticosguatemala - 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva extra virgen
- Especias: comino molido, jengibre molido, de @probioticosguatemala aproximadamente 1/3 cucharadita de cada una
- pizca de sal
- nueces quebradas .

✅ Elaboración:
- colocar el aguacate, kéfir, vinagre de manzana, especias, sal y aceite de oliva en un vaso de licuadora, o en la licuadora y licuar durante unos segundos hasta que todos los ingredientes se hayan incorporado bien. Debe quedar de consistencia cremosa. Pueden agregar más especias según su preferencia. - servir en un recipiente hondo y decorar con las nueces quebradas y un chorrito de aceite de oliva.

Ci pensate a cosa accadrà quando ci diranno che possiamo uscire?
Immaginate la ressa per prendere un appuntamento dal parrucchiere o dall'estetista 😂
Secondo me ci sono già liste fantasma, senza data, lunghissime.
Ma credo sarà impossibile mettere piede in qualsiasi negozio, immaginate ikea, sai quanti sono in astinenza da giretto il sabato pomeriggio?
Cioè, come si fa, appena avremo la possibilità di uscire, a non andare a comprare le candele da ikea?
O al mare, tutti al mare, e stavolta saremo felici in fila, sotto al sole, e poi ammassati sulla spiaggia.
E le strade del centro saranno affollate fino a notte fonda, ci saranno persone che non rientreranno a casa per principio.
E torneranno a lavorare anche i ladri, che avranno di nuovo le case vuote e la possibilità di girare.
Intanto domenica entrerà l'ora legale. Più luce per tutti!
E se arriva anche il caldo finalmente potremo usare i balconi per fare una gita fuori porta 😂😂😂
Oggi mi sento positiva, sarà la nevrosi da quarantena che avanza. Ma sono di buon umore. È sicuramente lo stress.
È venerdì, quasi una settimana che non esco, ieri sono scesa a mettere i croccantini ai gatti del cortile.
Non vi ho parlato della mia famigliola felina.
Magari domani vi racconto.

Keep calm and bake on

So I woke up at 6:20 this morning, Sunday is the only day of the week I don't need to wake up early and this happens 😂 so cleaned the worktops, tables, swept floors, done the washing up and baked some nommy blueberry streusel muffins made with @biotiful_dairy honey and ginger kefir .

State riuscendo a nutrire regolarmente la vostra colonia con latte fresco?
Ricordate che potete usare latte UHT, più povero di nutrienti certo, ma in questo periodo di emergenza è un buon sistema per evitare di uscire.

Pensiamo alla colazione?
Si dai, colorata e golosa. 
Kefir di latte ai mirtilli, con aggiunta di mirtilli freschi e confettura, golosissimo, e crepes alla barbabietola rosa e kefir di latte.
Le difese immunitarie si aiutano anche a tavola e col buon umore. Mettiamo in tavola tanti colori, serve vitamina C. 
La barbabietola rossa  è ricca di potassio e fosforo e contiene discrete quantità di acido folico, vitamine del gruppo A, B e C. 
Rafforza il sistema immunitario, combattendo così anche le malattie virali e batteriche. E’ un ottimo rimedio in caso di disturbi digestivi poiché neutralizza l’eventuale eccessiva produzione di acidi nello stomaco. 
Per le crepes servono:
✅120 g Farina di riso
✅80 g Farina di avena
✅1 cucchiaio colmo di farina di barbabietola ✅3 Uova ✅350  g kefir di latte a temperatura ambiente

Kefir di latte ai mirtilli, con aggiunta di mirtilli freschi e confettura, golosissimo, e crepes alla barbabietola rosa e kefir di latte. Le difese immunitarie si aiutano anche a tavola e col buon umore. Mettiamo in tavola tanti colori, serve vitamina C. La barbabietola rossa è ricca di potassio e fosforo e contiene discrete quantità di acido folico, vitamine del gruppo A, B e C. Rafforza il sistema immunitario, combattendo così anche le malattie virali e batteriche. E’ un ottimo rimedio in caso di disturbi digestivi poiché neutralizza l’eventuale eccessiva produzione di acidi nello stomaco. I'm going to share with you this waffle’s recipe I love. It's my version from the original Norwegian recipe that my cousin @sig.run taught me:
INGREDIENTS
1 cup organic whole wheat flour T110
1 cup buckwheat flour 
1/2 cup of brown sugar 
1 teaspoon baking soda 
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
4 eggs
1 cup of milk kefir 
1 cup of vegetable milk 
1/4 cup of butter 
Blueberries if you want. 
Mix everything together and start making your waffles. Enjoy !
