I let Ayden pick a place for breakfast this morning... 99% of the menu was not keto-friendly. The restaurant was kind of like a Denny’s, but not quite. Nevertheless, I was still able to make it work and the waitress was very accommodating. Bacon, sausage, and poached eggs for the win!

Throw out everything in your house that isn't keto. If you have family members who won't be going keto, you can still get rid of super tempting unhealthy foods like candy and cereal. If you get why keto is a good idea, you get why no one needs to eat that junk!

Week 1:

Drink lots of water, get your electrolytes, and take it easy. This week is the hardest. You'll probably be tired and a bit foggy. Take a nap, read your new keto book. And if you really feel like crud, up your electrolytes. If the scale goes down and then up, don't panic. Your body is just learning to hydrate itself.

If you're hungry, eat. Seriously, carry around pecans and cheese sticks like a squirrel and eat them if you get hungry. I promise, you'll still lose weight. Calories in, calories out is a lie (or else you wouldn't be turning to keto after many failed diet attempts, right??)

Completely ignore all the built in goals on the apps- don't limit calories at first. It can cause stress and stall weight loss. Your body is learning to fuel you with a whole new food source! It's not very efficient at it yet. Like a toddler learning to tie his shoes, your body will take time to adapt. Be the patient supportive parent.
DO NOT eat less than 1200 calories or 50g protein a day - it can cause permanent damage to your body (I'm talking longer term here, not the odd day you aren't too hungry). No one needs to starve themselves to be healthy and it won't help you lose weight faster. Period.

2 hard boiled eggs and 2 cheese sausages from local butcher shop. Nothing fancy and not particularly  aesthetic but after a really long day at work, it was satisfying and only took a few minutes to make.

3⃣ MEAL 3 is 794 W/ added olive oil in the restaurant! That’s how the calories are more than what you think!
4⃣ MEAL 4 is 1,160 CALS! The density of veggies is what really fills me up for the day! Makes the meal more alive haha and fills you up and boosts your immune system!

🥩 STEAK FEAST AT 4pm - This was the delicious steak and asparagus I had while I was in Hollywood! This was a never forget type of meal I’d say!

🍳 DINNER TO END THE DAY! - This was a plethora of food options with the classic Hardboiled eggs! This also was grassfed lamb which is very nutrient dense!

Adding up all the calories with an in between snack for the day - the total calories are at about 2,100 calories! Just the right amount with my body!

🌠Pizza Keto en minutos!

🌠Para la masa:
🔸1 cucharada de harina de coco.
🔸1 y ¼ cucharada de mantequilla, derretida.
🔸1 clara de huevo.
🔸1 cucharadita de queso crema, ablandado.
🔸¼ cucharadita de polvo de hornear.
🔸1 cucharada de mozzarella desmenuzada.

🌠Para la pizza:
🔸1 cucharada de salsa roja
🔸⅓ taza de queso mozzarella.
🔸 tus ingredientes favoritos para pizza ( cabannosi, salame, aceitunas...)
🔸condimento italiano u orégano

🌠PREPARACIÓN
🔸Para la masa:
1. Derrite la mantequilla en un recipiente de cerámica o vidrio (el mío era de aproximadamente 6 pulgadas).
2. Agrega el resto de los ingredientes y mézclalos.
3. Cocina en el microondas durante 90 segundos.
4. Retira del microondas y deja que se enfríe durante uno o dos minutos.
5. Calienta 1 cucharada de mantequilla en una sartén apta para horno o bandeja de horno  y cocina 90 segundos la masa en cada lado hasta que esté crujiente.
🔸Para la pizza:
1. Precalentar el horno a 400 ºF.
2. Agrega 1 cucharada de salsa a la parte superior de la masa.
3. Cubrir con ⅓ taza de queso mozzarella.
4. Añadir tus ingredientes favoritos.
5. Espolvorear un poco de sazonador italiano.
6. Coloca la sartén apta para horno en el estante superior del horno y hornea hasta que el queso se derrita (aproximadamente de 5 a 8 minutos).
7. Si no tienes una sartén apta para horno coloca la pizza en papel manteca en una bandeja para hornear galletas y hornéalo.
