INGREDIENTS
Cooking spray
1 c. almonds, chopped 
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 c. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. flax seeds
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 tsp. ground clove
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 large egg white
1/4 c. melted coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds. Stir in cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. 
2. Beat egg white until foamy then stir into granola. Add coconut oil and stir until everything is well coated. Pour onto prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden, gently stirring halfway through. Let cool completely. ❤️Helped Tens of thousands of People Lose Weight Successfully❤️

I keep getting asked about loose skin. I have a lot of it! The first thing I would choose to do is get my inner thighs done. Then my stomach, then my boobs. Loose skin is a part of weight loss. 1.I seasoned the ribeye with a good amount of sea salt, ground pepper, and optional, some caribque spice. Simple does it when it comes to steak...get the steak to room temperature then cook in a cast iron skillet with some salted butter on medium heat to your desired temperature. Let it sit (15-30 mins) before slicing so you don’t lose the juices.

2.While the steak was going, I made the lobster and the vegetables. I sautéed the mushrooms and Josie’s green beans in the same steak pan with some Trader Joe’s seasoning salt (the orange colored one), pepper, and some butter.

3.For the lobster, I preheat the oven to 375F, brushed the steak with some melted butter and paprika, put in the oven for 12 minutes, removed, brushed again, and broiled for another 1 minute.

INGREDIENTS:
For the Mashed "Potatoes"
- 5 cups cauliflower chopped
- 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 3 tbsp parmesan
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Pink Himalayan Salt (to taste)
For the Gravy
- 2 cups Stock/Drippings (you can use both or either)
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp xanthan Gum

INSTRUCTIONS:
For the Mashed "Potatoes"
- Chop up 5 cups of raw cauliflower.
- Bring pot of water to a boil (enough to cover all the cauliflower), add the cauliflower and boil for 15 minutes or until tender.
- Drain cauliflower and place in processor.
- Cook butter, garlic and rosemary in a saucepan over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add melted butter, garlic and rosemary to processor and pulse several times until well combined.
- Add cream, parmesan, salt and pepper to processor and process until smooth and creamy.
- Taste for salt level. Serve warm and enjoy!
For the Gravy
- Combine cream, butter, broth/drippings in a sauce pan over medium high heat.
- Bring to boil and then reduce to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Add xanthum gum and pepper.
- Stir until gravy thickens and reduces down to consistency of your liking.

For the Chicken:
1lb Chicken Thighs
1 Egg
Tbsp Garlic Powder
Tsp Salt
Tsp Pepper
1 cup UNFLAVOURED Whey Protein Powder
For the Sauce:
SF Orange Marmelade
Soy Sauce
Monk Fruit Sweetener
(Equal Parts of Each)
Ginger Powder
Garlic Powder
Crushed Red Pepper
Tbsp Water
(Each To Taste)

👨🏼‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:
-
1. Cut small bite sized pieces of boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1 pound, I had 6 thighs in my package). Mix them with one egg, a tablespoon of garlic powder, teaspoon of salt, and teaspoon of pepper. Add one tablespoon of any kind of milk. 
2. Add about one cup of whey protein powder (UNFLAVORED, not natural, people) and mix it around to coat the chicken. I GRADUALLY added the protein powder as I mixed and the powder settled/got stuck to the bottom or side so this step is dependent on how it sticks to the chicken.you could likely use less for sure. There just needs to be some sprinkled on the chicken for there to be a crunch. It shouldn’t be a sludge like batter though. Like a wet dusting, if that makes sense. 
3. Drop the “battered” chicken one piece at a time in hot oil (375 degree) - cook for at least 3 minutes but just take it out when it’s crispy enough for you. 
4. While the chicken is cooking, heat a skillet on low and mix equal parts sugar free orange marmalade, soy sauce, & monkfruit sweetener. Then add ginger powder, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper to taste. Stir the sauce and then add a tablespoon of water because it thickens fast. 
5. Take the chicken out and put it in a bowl. Pour the sauce over it and then place another bowl on top and shake it. 
6. Serve with a side of steamed broccoli.

This keto lifestyle works! What you see here is a happy mom. The one on the left had just found out she could overcome food addiction; I was 2 months strong on keto losing weight and feeling great! I think I had only lost about 10 pounds, but when you are in ketosis you are high on happy juice and I've been high on ketones for 10 months now. I love it, I recommend it, and am happy to talk about it.

Last night I saw my wonderful hair stylist; she fixed my haircut, which someone else messed up. Anyway, we talked about keto! She has seen my transformation and let me tell you she lifted my self esteem like no other! Compliment after compliment. I just love her. SHE'S STARTING KETO!!! YAY! Gave her all the tips, she's vegetarian and we talked about animal protein. She will add seafood to her diet and slowly eat herself back to health. I think she mentioned getting a blood transfusion twice a year because her iron is so low. I'm glad she made this decision. Christine if you're reading this, I got your back girl, we all do! Dinner & dessert last night was perfect 👌🏼 I took advantage of the @butcher_box Black Friday sale & got my first butcher box! Couldn’t beat all those free steaks!

Cooked up 2 strip loin steaks, roasted cauliflower & hubby had a side of shrimp.
