Kettlebell swings ARE NOT squats!!⠀
⠀
So many times I see kettlebell swings turned into squat movement patterns, they are a hip hinge movement. Vladislav Kraevsky who popularised kettlebell training in the 1800’s used the moment specifically for hip extension NOT SQUATTING!!!! ⠀
⠀
A kettlebell swing should have minimal movement around the knees just a small amount of flexion and extension but the kettlebell should remain above the knee even when in hang position.⠀
⠀
⚪️Kettlebell swings when done correctly should be powered by the hips, unless your doing them to a movement standard there is not need to raise the bell to shoulder or overhead position⠀
⚪️Load the glutes and thrust the bell forwards⠀
⚪️Keep the back straight, you should be able to draw a straight line from the hip to ear⠀
⚪️Accelerate the bell up⠀
⚪️Deceletate down⠀
⚪️Build momentum over a few reps ⠀
⚪️Find your rhythm⠀
⠀
Lastly not sure if we’ve mentioned this yet ITS NOT A SQUAT⠀

Overslept, had a cold and was running late but your got to #dosomething so I put on this live @ddpyoga workout with @haydndosomething - this is such a great workout when you need to burn some calories quickly. And I’ve been struggling with the heart rate a little recently to I was super happy with these numbers. Closing in on that 500k too 🙌🏼👊🏼💪🏼👍🏼💦🔥

Um dos – se não o mais completo exercício, o Turkish Get Up (TGU), também conhecido como levantamento turco, faz com que o corpo se movimente nos três planos (Frontal, Sagital e Transverso) de uma vez só, fazendo uma integração dos músculos num movimento contínuo e unificado.
Desenvolve junto a estabilização natural de ombro, numa posição abaixo do Kettlebell, em que o objetivo é mover-se, sair da posição deitado pra a posição em pé, com segurança, controle e estabilidade o que em outros casos e/ou exercícios podem ser considerados não estáveis.
Além de trabalhar muito bem a força e resistência,  também trabalha  a parte aeróbica, sendo assim um ótimo exercício pra quem busca queima calórica e emagrecimento.

The truth 👉 yes, strength training increases the amount of muscle on your body; so many women take this to mean that their body will become body-builder-esque....

Alternate back and forth for 15 rounds each
Set the timer for one minute interval
Every other minute perform the following:
Minute 1: Band Row - 8-12 reps
Minute 2: Pushup - 10-20 reps 
Each minute perform the movements with perfect form. As the minutes go on the rest will feel shorter and shorter
