Legs and shoulders today, if you have no weights, see the alternative below! 
Use backpack or bar if you have and any weights you have in the house!  Split the workout if needed, do just legs or just shoulders! 🌸3 points lunge ( quads, outer and inner leg) -10resp* 4sets
🌸RDLs with band or bar or any weights/ squeeze those glutes up( hamstring, glutes and Lower back) - 12-15 reps* 4 sets

CALISTHENICS LEG WORKOUT🦵🏻
Swipe for full routine➡️ I know a leg workout is the last thing on your mind right now, myself included, however it’s so important to keep up with your leg training even in isolation to prevent muscle imbalances and injuries further down the down the line. So that’s why I’ve put together this quick workout that will absolutely get your legs fired up! Perform every exercise to failure, with no rest between each movement to get the full benefit of it.

Levitation squat 
Use as little momentum as possible, don’t push off with your back leg, hold onto an object if you struggle with balance

Archer squat 
Don’t use too narrow of a stance, keep your feet pointed outwards and heels planted the ground

Single leg glute-ham raise😈
The more you extend the bent leg, the harder it will be, have both feet on the ground to make it easier

Jumping lunges / normal lunges
Pick the variant that allows you to do around 10 reps per leg, don’t hit your knee on the ground too hard if you choose jumping

Deep squat
Don’t lean your body forward and aim for a straight vertical back, keep heels on the ground, distribute your weight evenly around your legs so your knees don’t cave inwards, if you can’t go very deep into a squat hold on to something to help you balance 
Single leg calve raises
Use a very slow tempo, keeping your knee slightly bent and pause at the top & bottom of each rep

This circuit be done once as quick and effective leg workout, or if you really want to put your legs to the test, do the whole thing 2-4 times through 🏋🏼 #fitness #calisthenics #legworkout #bodyweightlegworkout #homeworkout #staysafe

Listen, I didn’t think 2020 was gonna put me and josh in a tiny apartment with little other face to face interaction and say “make it work!” But here we are! ⁣⁣

I thought by now we would’ve had at least a lil argument or something but we are so far so good! ⁣⁣
We are both stressed right now for a multitude of reasons, but we are handling them all as a team and getting through this together. ⁣⁣
I can’t even explain how grateful I am to have this guy by my side through these unpredictable and unprecedented times. ⁣⁣
Giving me a hug when I’m crying because I can’t hug my family, reassuring me that crying because of that is completely normal and okay right now, being silly and having dance parties at the drop of a hat to expel any negative vibes, working out with me in this tiny space together even when he doesn’t want to.... the list goes on. ⁣⁣

8🏡Home Isolation Workout🏡.
Leg day!

I thought id show you a picture of the pre fatigue workout today and incase anyone was unsure of what it is here Google’s description as I found it hard to explain😂. Pre-fatigue essentially consists of tiring out a smaller muscle group directly before you go to work a larger muscle group. it’s a way of ensuring that when you do one of your main workouts you can make sure that you are targeting and directly working the isolation muscle in question.
.
Pre-fatigue.
24x side lunges 4 times(12 each leg)
25x hip thrusts 4 times.
25x bounce squats 4 times.
25x calf raises 4 times.
.
Main Workout.
Bulgarian split squat.
.
Light resistance band used as i was extremely fatigued from the pre fatigue workout! 😂.
.
Exercise 2.
Single Leg extension.
.
I looped the band behind the door and hooked both clips of the same band on the ankle restraint to make it shorter/heavier.
.
Exercise 3.
Hamstring curls.
.
Shuffle further away from the door with the bands attached to increase resistance.
.
Exercise 4.
Calf Raises.
.
Heavy resistance band.
.
I also did a finisher of hip abductors with a glute band, if u fancy a last bit of glute burn.

10-12 reps and 3/4 sets of each exercise! Good luck it’s a bit of a killer 😂👌🏻.

I haven't done #LegDay since the #Lockdown and 8pm #Curfew in the #Philippines 2.5 weeks ago. 🏋 I usually #squat for 13 sets twice a week. ✌ Since I only have 50lb #dumbbells, I just used these to squat. 👍 100lb dumbbells + my 224lb #bodyweight. 👲

I haven't done #LegDay since the #Lockdown and 8pm #Curfew in the #Philippines 2.5 weeks ago. 🏋 I usually #squat for 13 sets twice a week. ✌ Since I only have 50lb #dumbbells , I just used these to squat. 👍 100lb dumbbells + my 224lb #bodyweight . 👲 · 5 sets of 25 reps. 🖐 5 sets of 20 reps. 🖐 Total of 10 sets on my #legs . 👐 #LegWorkout #DumbbellWorkout #HomeWorkout 📹 · 1.
