Alright guys, this is an oldie but a goodie!
One of my favourite 30 day challenges by @blogilates . I’ve done this one before and trust me when I say you WILL see results... IF you are consistent and dedicated.
It only takes about 10 mins a day. It’s the perfect amount of time to get some extra mobility and flexibility work in.

Try seeing how far you can get into the splits before starting your journey (take a picture... because did it even happen if you don’t 🤷♀️), and compare the difference in 30 days.
Sooo this is the way it works..
🧘♀️ Everyday you will need to do the 1-5 foundational stretches in the graphic above. You MUST do these everyday. Then on day 6, you will add 1 move on. So for day 6 - you do movements 1-5 AND 6. On day 30, you do movements 1-5 AND 30. 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟑𝟎 𝐬𝐞𝐜 - 𝟏 𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞.
