I have been so pumped since Saturday, that this morning I signed up for the Spartan City in Jacksonville on May 2nd. (**If you want to join my team, let me know and I'll help you with training, as well as give you a discount code for $30 off race registration!**) Right after, I went to an awesome nearby park and did some training by running around the mile loop and stopping to do "obstacles" with monkey bars, Burpees etc. AROO!
Today's Day 25 of the February Challenge was to repeat Day 24 or rest, so I chose the latter. When I got home from the park, I made a quick, yummy, healthy vegan lunch of cauliflower rice with bell peppers, black beans and Umami seasoning (I use that for most things I make, it's so good!) There really are no valid excuses for not living a healthy lifestyle. If you need help figuring out how, ask me! I love helping people accomplish their goals of a healthier life.
