הבוקס שמח להציג סדנה מקצועית להרמת משקולות, שתועבר ע״י אלוף ישראל בהרמת משקולות - יצחק מוסרי.

הסדנה תחולק לשני מפגשים, בכל מפגש ניתן דגש מלא על הטכניקה ועל הדרך הנכונה והמקצועית לבצע Santch (מפגש ראשון - הנפה) ו-Clean&Jerk (מפגש שני - דחיקה). הסדנה תתקיים בימי שבת בתאריכים 15.02.2020 ו- 22.02.2020, 
בין השעות 10:00-16:00 באורך של שעתיים כל אחת.

Hallöchen ☺️ Gut geschlafen? Ich wie ein Stein 🙈 nach langem mal wieder. Oft ist es so, dass mir viel zu viel im Kopf rum schwirrt und das dann einen guten Schlaf verhindert. Kennt ihr das? Habe dann immer das Gefühl, der Tiefschlaf kommt zu kurz 😂 aber das ist nur ein Gefühl. Genug des Geschwafels, hier habe ich einen kleinen Schokocheesecake für euch und zwar mit der Chocwave Backmischung und nach dem Rezept von @makecake.de 👍 selbstgekauft, weil ich es unbedingt testen wollte 🙈 schmeckt auch ganz gut, allerdings hätte mich die Portion ohne Magerquark nicht satt gemacht 😅 
Ansonsten steht heute bis auf Training und dem üblichen nicht viel an... irgendwie fehlt für diesen Tag noch die Motivation 😂 ich geh die dann mal suchen.

SQUAT TIP: UPPER BACK TENSION 💪🏼

The back squat is a complex movement and there is so much more to it than just what’s happening with your lower body.
.
.
Creating stability through your upper half and torso is incredibly important as it gives you a stable base to push from.
.
.
If the bar is not stable, then you can lose some of the force you are trying to produce.
.
.
🌟 When finding your position under the bar, make sure the bar is not resting on your neck. For the low bar squat (shown) it should be placed a few cms down from your upper shoulder
.
.
🌟 Your hand placement on the bar will depend on your shoulder mobility. Place your hands as close to your shoulders as your mobility allows.
.
.
🌟 Squeeze your shoulder blades together to create a ‘shelf’ on your upper back for the bar to sit.
.
.
🌟 You can see that once I have taken the bar out of the rack, I then re-set this tension. Squeeze shoulder blades and slightly lift elbows up.
.
.
🌟 When doing this, make sure that you do not flare your rib cage out as a result. Keep pulling rib cage slightly down to maintain core tension.
