What does it look like?.
It looks like this.
When you feel like crying, you cry, you let it out instead of holding it in & you know it's ok.
You love the tears, you let sound move out of your body, as the tears roll down your face & you know it's ok.
You know not to feel embarrassed & if you are seen, you do not give a shit.
This goes for all your emotions, you learn to accept & understand them. Love them for showing up.
Knowing they might be showing up to show you something.
Or maybe it is a time it feels right to let that emotion free & out of your body, bc you had been holding on to it for so long.
Loving yourself unconditionally has so many more amazing benefits.
Today this is just about loving yourself in every emotion.
I like to always remind you, things don't always happen over night.
Everything takes practice & patience.
