Recipe: Take a bowl of rice add one fourth quantity curd, add a pinch of salt.
Temper with mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves and green chillies.
Garnish with coriander. You can also garnish with pomegranate, peanuts or cashews!!! Tips
* Use cooked rice kept for atleast 6 to 8 hours instead of fresh boiled rice.
*If curd is very sour, add some milk
Some people do like sour curd rice
* You can add chopped cucumbers. It adds to taste and health value.Makes it more cool.
