And our inability to properly digest,
leads to our demise.

You need energy, space, and mental clarity in order to process and digest your thoughts, feelings, and experiences too.
But in today's culture, we have a distinct lack of space.
We are over-stimulating every one of our senses.
No room to digest.
Constantly listening to something in the background,
eyes taking in too much information,
making too many decisions every day.
A lack of habits or routines that support us,
leading to decision fatigue.
Too much food. A traffic jam in our physiology.
And bodies are shutting down because of it.
