Gemüse-Pancakes mit Kräuterquark - 250g Gemüse (Möhren, Blumenkohl, Erbsen etc.)
- 50g Kartoffeln - 200g Magerquark - 2 Eier - 1 Eiklar - 20g Instant Oats - 20g Kokosmehl - Lauch, Sellerie Kräuter 
Das Gemüse/Kartoffeln werden in einem Mixer zerkleinert und mit den restlichen Zutaten vermengt. Kleine Pancakes mit einem Löffel in die Pfanne geben und mit Kokosöl braten. 
Für den Kräuterquark einfach etwas Magerjoghurt oder Skyr mit Magerquark und Kräuter anrühren.

Keto salmon croquettes!
So easy and delicious I think I’m going to be eating this for the next week!

Ingredients 
200 grams canned salmon (2 small cans)
1 egg
20 grams almond flour (about 2 tbsp)
20 grams green onions (1-2 stalks)
15 grams chopped parsley (2-3 tablespoons)
Salt 
Pepper
Chili flakes (Whatever spices you like)
30 grams olive oil to fry (2tbsp)

Directions 
1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl.
2. Shape into patties
3. Fry and eat while it’s still hot!

Macros per patty (5 patties) 
150 calories 
0.4 net carbs (omg what)
13 grams fat
7.8 grams protein .

Margarina é LIXO☠️. Sabe o que é utilizado pra fazer ? 
Solvente de petróleo!!! Isso mesmo! E não acabou por ai! Ela passa por outro tratamento com ácidos clorídrico/sulfúrico, níquel e assim deixa o produto parcialmente hidrogenado. 
Para a indústria isso é genial pois esse é um produto que terá um longo prazo de conservação, não vai perder a textura firme mesmo em temperatura ambiente. 
Resultado: gordura trans pura, lotada de porcarias e potencial promotor de doenças principalmente cardiovasculares,  câncer, alterações no metabolismo. Até aquela com selinho "bom para o coração " não presta.

Hallo meine lieben Foodlover 😇

Ich hatte noch ein paar Äpfel übrig und wollte etwas leckeres damit zaubern. Deswegen habe ich mir ein Rezept für einen low carb Apfelkuchen überlegt. Liebt ihr Apfelkuchen auch so sehr wie ich? 😍

Der Apfelkuchen ist für eine 17er-Form. Ihr könnt auch eine 20er-Form nehmen. Dann ist der Kuchen nicht so hoch

Zutaten:
🍎 200g gemahlene Mandeln
🍎 4 Eier
🍎 50g weiche butter
🍎 80g Xylit
🍎 2 Äpfel
🍎 etwas Salz
🍎 1 TL Natron
🍎 Optional Mandelsplitter, Zimt und Vanillearoma

Zubereitung:
🍎 Zunächst die Äpfel schälen und in dünne Scheiben schneiden.
🍎 Anschließend die Eier trennen. 🍎 Dann die Eiweiße steif schlagen. 🍎 In einer zweiten Schüssel die Eigelbe mit dem Xylit und der weichen Butter einige Minuten hell cremig aufschlagen.
🍎 Die gemahlenen Mandeln mit Natron vermischen und unter die Eiercreme rühren.
🍎 Den Eischnee nach und nach vorsichtig unterheben.
🍎 Dann die Apfelscheiben unter den Teig heben. Lasst dabei ein paar Apfelscheiben zur Verzierung übrig.
🍎 Eine kleine Springform (17 cm) mit Backpapier auslegen und einfetten. 🍎 Den Teig in dieForm füllen und glatt streichen. 🍎 Die restlichen Apfelscheiben oben auf dem Teig verteilen und mit Mandelsplitter bestreuen. 🍎 Der Apfelkuchen kommt zunächst für 40 Min bei 180 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze in den Ofen. Danach wird die Temperatur auf 160 Grad runter gedreht und der Kuchen kommt mit Alufolie bedeckt für weitere 25 Min. in den Ofen.

Hier nochmal ein Bild meiner Transformation.
Ich war damals mega unglücklich mit meiner Figur.Daher habe ich mich auf Bilder immer hinter jemanden versteckt, so das nur mein Kopf zu sehen war. 😅Deshalb finde ich kein Bild auf dem ich komplett drauf bin.
